I'm reallying enjoying Arch and pacman. One minor suggestion, if this is the right forum to make it, regarding the gtkspell package page would be to add a phrase that it uses aspell dictionaries that can also be installed with pacman, e.g. pacman -S aspell-en for the English dictionary. Just a thought since installing gtkspell by itself does not automatically result in functional spell checking until a dictionary is installed. The uninitiated can spend considerable time trying to unearth that little detail while trying to figure out why their installation of gtkspell isn't working. ;-)
Many thanks to all of you who make Arch such a great distribution. John gtkspell 2.0.11-1 http://gtkspell.sourceforge.net/ GtkSpell provides MSWord-style highlighting and replacement of misspelled words in a GtkText widget, uses aspell dictionaries, e.g. aspell-en for English or aspell-de for German etc. _______________________________________________ arch mailing list [email protected] http://www.archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch
