Well, There is an parallel project going in the ArchLinux BR group, we're trying to start translating the Arch Documentation and system to Brazillian Portuguese... The documentation we will host ourselves (and share with Arch's main page if they want it) but the software translations will need a place to go... perhaps we could just provide them to the mantainers of the packages/softwares.
