Hi everyone, I just bought an Apple Cinema Display (30inch),and I need to know how to get vesafb-tng to play nicely so that I don't see garbled text in the boot process. I use LILO.
My current settings in lilo are: append="video=vesafb:ypan,[EMAIL PROTECTED]" (Note:2560x1600 is native. [EMAIL PROTECTED] worked fine on my old CRT) But this setting just gives me some scrambled text after I make the selection at the bootloader. Any suggestions?
