I would not want that, because having a trash bin is better than not.
You never know when you might delete something wrong by accident.

Mine isn't in ~/.Trash but in /home/arch/.local/share/Trash if anyone
else has the same problem remember to chown the direcotries inside the
Trash bin or do it recursively.

I got it solved anyways.
