you could look at /var/log/pacman.log, parse it, and look at the pkg 
that are installed according to it


you could be helped in this task by a little script i made:
it checks for inconsistensies in pacman.log and check the differences of 
installed packages according to pacman.log and according 
to /var/lib/pacman/local

it supposes you have installed your arch with the 0.7.2 cd
but you could just download the packages.txt corresponding to the 
release you 
used

it will give a list of pkg.
you could then copy the directory from /var/lib/pacman/{extra,current 
Etc...] into local 

you could try to make a script to automate that
