No, please do not report bugs in AUR packages to bugtracker. Post a comment on package's page instead. Yes, I'm aware of segmentation fault in lightscribe library. Unfortunately it is closed-source software (because of patents on LightScribe technology). As I already wrote in comments - this and other lightscribe packages are created as a placeholders (already packaged fine, but not working) with hope that next releases will be fixed in mainstream. I've googled all available resources on this issue. Lightscribe is reported to work on Suse 9 & 10, and some old versions of Ubuntu and Fedora Core. None of suggested workarounds worked. It seems this is because of kernel changes in 2.6.15+ or so. All lightscribe packages from lightscribe.com were updated recently, but liblightscribe still segfaults. :-( As soon as there will be working liblightscribe - I will update lightscribe package, because now I have to use Windows for burning LightScribe disks. :-( -- Roman Kyrylych (Роман Кирилич) _______________________________________________ arch mailing list [email protected] http://www.archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch
