Understand.
Even in that case it is possible to download packages and their
depends and make them installed with -S: they shoould just be placed
in /var/cache/pacman/pkg/

Sure. It may be a broken build.
I do remember some report about figlet but it is not in bugtracker (at
least flyspray is cannot find it), probably forums or ML. :-/
