Hmm, the site seems to be down but okay what i want to say is that not
everybody need a "significant overhead" as said in the documentation of
hrtimer.

And what i miss a little bit here is the willingness to make an own kernel
package where this option is enabled and to report that PowerTOP is so nice
as described without breaking something else. Common it is only a few days
old that here was discussed about the time problems of the devs and now we
the kernel maintainer should experiment with an option where the own document
says that "It is not intended for production usage". But don't see this
comment too hard because it is only my 2 cents about it.
