I'm not well-versed in the functionality of CONFIG_USB_SUSPEND, so forgive my
ignorance, but wouldn't enabling it break the ability to charge a phone/dap/etc
via USB? Through a quick web search, it appears that it does have this effect. 
I 
would suggest not enabling such an option in the default kernel if this is
the case.
