right now when we are rebuilding the packages for x86_64 and more and more for i686 it's easier to see: ah, it's a subpkgrel - no need to touch it for me.
how should we know the difference when also architecture dependend fixes would make increase the pkgrel? should we stay behind not knowing if we are truely behind or should we make a nonsense rebuild? men, it's really time to setup something automated for rebuilds.
