You are not selling gpl-ed code binaries, you are selling a service (download+burn+shipping). As long as you _clearly_ state that the software in those dvd is under gpl and freely available for download for everyone free of charge, there is no issue. It's the same that happens with the distributions shipped, for example, by linux magazines. That's exactly the goal of the GNU licence.
