Good question on record-level metadata. At the moment, you would need to edit the graphs to support the kind of metadata (e.g.: accuracy of geometries) that you are talking about. We are starting to think about record-level metadata for an upcoming version of Arches (specifically for images and documents), so it would be good to hear what your particular requirements are. FYI, we're looking at Dublin Core for the image/document metadata...
