Hi Cyrus and Alexei,

Thank you both for your help.  I have done as you have instructed and am
still encountering the same error message about Django.  In addition, I
have noticed two other issues:

1. If I view Arches in IE prior to uploading the package, the map is
frozen.  I am unable to zoom or navigate to a different area on the map.
The pointer still registers the longitude and latitude however when I move
it.

2. During the *install_arches_db* step, I have noticed the following error
message appear after entering my password (*postgis*) for the first time:
