Hello all, I'm beginning to work on graphs, and would like to use gephi. I downloaded the CDS .gephi files available on the Arches website, in order to test them out and try some modifications. However, when I open them in Gephi an error says that they can't be opened, "IllegalArgumentException" - [255,255,255]. I can view the graph, and move nodes, but that's it--can't edit them. I tried gephi 0.8.1 and 0.8.2. Thoughts? Am I missing something?
