Hi Kasun, sounds like the next step for you will be installing virtual environment and the placing arches inside of it. Are you able to run this command?
pip install virtualenv==1.11.4 If so, you're well on the way to following these steps: http://arches3.readthedocs.org/en/latest/getting-started/#installing-arches Let us know how it goes!
