Arches is an enterprise level system that is more powerful and flexible 
than a desktop application, so installation is understandably more 
involved. After the installation and set up described in the documentation, 
the user-friendly interface is then available for the addition and editing 
of resources by the authorized users of that particular Arches 
implementation. Also, the interface in the video you referenced (as well as 
the demo link) are of Arches v2. The current version is Arches v3; here's a 
link to see how this latest version works:
