Thanks Adam for responding. It turned out to be a formatting problem, the 
negative Property
numbers were being saved as 0. This is the first time we've had a technician 
using Excel on a 
Mac. He used an online program to format it instead. Is there a Mac equivalent 
of 
Notepad++?

Anyway all is solved.
