Hi Vincent,

I was being inaccurate. I copied the HIP version to our_app  and then
changed it! We do have the hierarchy you described.  I know that this
version of the file is being read now because the program crashes on one of
the other inputs and the error message shows the path being used. (We know
the cause of this crash). As far as the forms.py not working for the other
inputs, I must simply have missed something when copying the modifications
over. I am leaving it to our new developer to sort out.
