Dear community, I am currently trying to install arches 4 on a windows 10 64bit machine but seems I am stacked regarding Bower installation.
Your environment has been set up for using Node.js 6.10.3 (x64) and npm. C:\Users\user> npm install -g bower npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: ..psst! While Bower is maintained, we recommend Yarn and Webpack for *new* front-end projects! Yarn's advantage is security and reliability, and Webpack's is support for both CommonJS and AMD projects. Currently there's no migration path but we hope you'll help us figure out one. C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\npm\bower -> C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\bower\bin\bower C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\npm `-- [email protected] Seems they maintaining the package manager while they recommend Yarn and Webpack, should I install those instead to proceed or its best to try later? I don't know whether the ARCHES is compatible with these 2. Or maybe am I doing something wrong at the installation procedure? Thank you very much in advance for your help! -- -- To post, send email to [email protected]. To unsubscribe, send email to [email protected].
