I'm not aware of Arches being used by museums yet as a full-blown collections management system, but I can certainly imagine Arches being used for that purpose. I will mention a few relevant uses of Arches to manage and publish cultural collections information. On the Implementations of Arches webpage: https://www.archesproject.org/implementations-of-arches/ I would first direct your attention to the top entry for the "Getty Research Institute Archival Collection Tools: Research Collections Viewer and 12 Sunsets." I've copied forum member Lily Pregill with Getty Digital who could answer related questions, or perhaps elaborate on this implementation. The "Global Digital Heritage" project also featured on this webpage has also included managing and publishing online 3D data recording both moveable collections as well as heritage places.
