Hey everyone - this *might *be a disk or server performance problem, but do any of you get a 'Request Failed' or other sort of 'red banner' message when running a search in Arches? This happens fairly regularly with our Arches and impedes the user experience.
Is this a hardware, hosting problem? Is it something we can improve? We go live with Arches to the public on 29 Mar, so we want to minimise this problem as much as we can, if not altogether. Attached is a screenshot of the type of message we get. Thanks, Jude. -- -- To post, send email to [email protected]. To unsubscribe, send email to [email protected].
