Hi Kavya,

Tony has been working up a procedure for what needs testing for our latest changes to universal in order to move it from staging to production.  The deployment is documented in GPII-4243 (https://issues.gpii.net/browse/GPII-4243).

One change that needs testing are those to the ContextManager.  We're wondering how to make sure those changes don't break the QSS. Technically speaking, the changes involved removing the ContextManager while leaving the communication between the PSPChannel and the local Fowmanager intact.

From the point of view of the user, they should still be able to choose among their sets of preferences (if they have multiple preferences sets).  Those are still listed within a "contexts" block, and examples include "bright" preferences, or "noisy" preferences.  Does that mean anything to you?

I don't know enough about how you test that via the QSS.  You may already have a test for that in your testing protocol.  Can we discuss?

Thanks.
