Hi Chan,

There are different deployment options with the API Everywhere story. The
said above suggestions fit into different deployment options.

The default deployment setup would be as follows. The gateway, keymanager,
store, and publisher are embedded into the product itself. The gateway is
implemented via a tomcat valve. The remaining three components are the
usual webapps which can be deployed in the same product instance.

Going forward, we can distribute this setup to have IS as the keymanager,
and APIM for Store and Publisher.
