*ActiveCollab Connector* createClient - Adding a User to a company. createProject - Adding a new project. assignMembers - Add one or more Users to the Project and set their Project Permissions. createMilestone - Creates a new Milestone. createTask - Creates a new Task in the selected project. updateTask - Updates the properties of an existing Task. getTask - Displays the Task details. createDiscussion - Creates a new Discussion in the specified project. getDiscussion - Retrieves a particular discussion. *Freshdesk Connector* createTicket - To create a new ticket in your help desk.
