Here, Developer Studio 4.0.0 is being used as tool to modify changes
locally and commit back to App Factory/App Cloud. In that case, we are
going to import the existing project from cloud. So IMO, including under
Import/New will be OK and make sense also.

IMO, it is a valid scenario to create New project from IDE and push to App
Factory/App Cloud. Currently it is not supported by Developer Studio 3.7.1
and Codevy also.

But in codenvy, a new project can be created and get a war file out of it
and upload in App Factory/App Cloud. I'm not sure about whether there is an
API supported for this feature.

@App factory guys
Can you please confirm whether there is an API?
