Hi All,

We have implemented the below mentioned methods as *createCase* as they use
the same endpoint.

createEmailCase - Creates a case from email. 
createPhoneCase - Creates a case from phone. 
createQnACase - Creates a case from Q & A. 
createTwitterCase - Creates a case from Twitter. 
createChatCase - Creates a case from chat.
