Idea on how to implement this - When we click the link in gadget, instated going to a new page, we can simulate it with the single page approach. Eg: If I click 'node1' link the URL will update to http://dashboard.as.wso2.com/usage-dashboard/trafic#node1 . We can even have a hierarchical one. Upon hash change we publish it as an event in gadget pub sub. From the user's perspective, it will function same as having actual pages. Implementation should not be that big, 1~2 person week. But unfortunately DS team can't directly work on it until the GA is done, which is planed for end of this month.
