Hi, WDYT if we introduce a code based ( I am not sure if the term is correct.) password recovery? for e.g. something like a combination of first 4 digits of ID + last 4 digits of mobile (The two can be decided later, this is just an example)? This is how HSBC validates the user to view statements.
