Hi All, I am going to implement the $subject according to the user story [1]. According to the wire frame, when admin updates an existing user's details he has the option to verify the email address. There is an optional checkbox for the admin to decide whether the user account is locked or not untill the user verifies the email. So if the User Admin had chosen to lock the existing user account until email verification, then until the existing user confirms his email he can not be able to login to the system by using his account.
