Yeah, I thought this would be the first thread on the private list too but
since Joakim had James' consent to have this discussion on the dev list I
guess we should just go for it here :)

Brett has been following up on our infra issue with the ASF infra guys, and
I've also commented on INFRA-1563. Hopefully, they would come around to
resolving the issue soon so we could finally have our own lists.
