I think Dallas is probably right, it's most likely that solr has become unhappy. I think it would be best to just force it to recreate everything and see if that fixes things. Stop ArchivesSpace. Empty out EVERYTHING in the /data/ directory. Start ArchivesSpace. Wait for it to reindex.
