Some one on the list was nice enough to share this with me yesterday, I emailed 
them and they restarted our service or something and then Ariel worked again.

And I was wrong in my assessment of the Customer Service contact form at 
infotrieve: I just received a very nice response from Infotrieve saying that 
it’s a known Ariel issue, the servers are being rebooted, and that the report 
was also being sent on to the Ariel Support Staff.

Effective immediately, we can not send or receive documents by ARIEL thanks to 
a problem with their licensing servers.  Apparently they can't verify that we 
have a valid copy of the software, and I can't find their number to call to get 
help.  We will continue to try and get it working again, but for now please 
send all articles to us by Odyssey, Article Exchange, or email to 
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>.
