The filter generation in the ManifestHeaderProcessor should be improved to make
filters which are suitable for presentation to OBR. It should also handle
ranges in Bundle-Version. This means that, due to the way OBR works, it will
include a stanza of the form, (mandatory:<*mandatoryAttribute) Filterstrings
generated by this method will therefore tend to break the standard OSGi Filter
class. The OBR stanza can be stripped out later if required.
A patch is attached which includes the change.
