I will also fix the itermittent testtwitter failure reported by Hudson. This is
caused by the felix obr sometimes wiring the package dependencies to a
different bundle even though the bundle list is the same as before. I will open
a felix jira for that shortly. For the time being, we need to work around this
problem by stripping off the bundle of
com.springsource.org.apache.xmlcommons.jar from our repository xml.
