Jeremy Hughes commented on ARIES-465:
-------------------------------------
It seems like you've attached the com.springsource bundle-ized of jars. I don't
really agree with putting them in our SVN. a) they're binaries, b) they were
created by SpringSource and I'm not sure of the licensing implications although
we could find out c) it's more work than necessary if we wanted to update them
to be newer versions.
So I think a better solution would be to check whether bundlized forms of those
jars already exist in a maven repo (maven central?) then if they don't create a
module for each in our source tree and use the maven-bundle-plugin to create
the bundles in our maven build - for us to use, not for us to release.

> At the moment, the test reads a 7.5M repository.xml from an internet
> location. It slows test run and also the test will fail if you run test
> offline.
