The ARIN Board of Trustees adopted a series of bylaws changes at its
meeting on 27 April 2009. These changes include:
* Removed the schedule time frame for ARIN biannual meetings
* Added a new eligibility rule for persons assuming the role of Trustee
* Changed election rules to allow Candidate speeches to be given
earlier in the ARIN meeting agenda and extended the voting period
* Amended who can fulfill the role of President in the case of a
vacancy or incapacitation
