I argue that we have the policy we have today because of what happened
in the past. We can't just say the system in the 80's worked great back
then so it should work just as well now in 2013. Hosts files worked
great back in the day too.
The whole free market angle is stupid and out of touch with reality. If
that offends anyone I apologize.
