What would the result of orgs. being allowed to create re assignment
records, yet failing to do so? Or, what would be their motivation to
maintain an acceptible level of accuracy?
The way the policy is written so far, additional reassignment records,
are optional. If the community wanted to see end-users add reassignment
records as a requirement, that is a discussion that the community should
have and draft those expectations into policy.
