This is not what I had in mind.
Correction :

What I had in mind is that both the broker and the seller^H^H^H^H^H^H BUYER,
while in the process
of a transfer, each report separately the amount of the transaction.

Because it has come in private, a word of the 44.192/10 transaction :
I think that not disclosing the amount of the transaction was a mistake.

Math done fast : 4 Million IPs worth $15 a pop = $60 Million.
What if it was sold for $55M or $65M ? would not have raised eyebrows. Within
market fluctuations.
Would have been contained to a Ham radio issue. Nobody doubts that Amazon would
have forked 60 Million bucks for a block that size; they have the cash in hand.

With the amount of the transaction not being public, not only everyone wonders
if the sale of 44.192/8 was legit, but also why the amount was kept private. If
it can't be disclosed, there must be catch, right ? Disclosing the amount of
the transaction would have removed the question that's on everyone's mind :
where's the catch.

Michel.
