"Kat - why did it take the shepherd(s) almost a year to reach out to the authors? "
Marty, PDP does not require shepherds to reach out specifically to authors after the policy becomes Draft because the authors at any time can participate through standard channels including PPML and our in person meetings. While it is not "required" I highly encourage author participation as they are part of the ARIN community. The community ultimately determines the path of all policy. -Kat Hunter On Tue, Feb 25, 2025 at 7:52 PM Martin Hannigan <[email protected]> wrote: > > > On Mon, Feb 24, 2025 at 18:04 Chris Woodfield <[email protected]> > wrote: > >> As the policy shepherd, I’ll mention that the current silence on this >> creates ambiguity for ARIN staff, and clarity is needed. > > > Kat - why did it take the shepherd(s) almost a year to reach out to the > authors? > > Thanks, > > -M< > > > > >
