Our company uses e-mail to register and release IPs with ARIN.  We recently received the following mail:


Hello,

ARIN was unable to process your request:

    An error occurred while processing your template. Please contact us.

Many errors can be prevented by ensuring your e-mail client
sends mail as "Plain Text", not as "HTML" or "Rich Text".
ARIN only accepts templates in plain text format.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional
questions, comments, or concerns.

I left out the details of the request.  We usually get specific error details. Who should we send the contents to in order to get  better idea on what went wrong
