 ok sorry, i was slightly wrong.  clearance is also 5mil but there's
something called "rounding" on the flood fill which stops it from
curving into tight spaces.

 attached.  greyscaled (smaller).  original GND tracks are still
visible but they're *combined* with the floodfill.
