Indeed, it's proprietary binary-only plugin, unsuprprisingly.

The package we have is only for x86_64:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:openSUSE:Factory/chromium-plugin-widevinecdm

Also unsuprising that it does not work on majority of hardware
platforms. It's designed to prevent you viewing the content after all.
