So I got a new RK3399. I have done everything I expected but it won't boot the openbsd SD card yet.

Upon receiving the card I plugged in and attempted :

(using linux_upgrade_tool the proprietary equivalent of rkdeveloptool)

Rockusb>EF
No found loader item from config!
Rockusb>ef /run/media/sylvain/saboua/hax/ffly/obsd_u-boot_firefly-rk3399/u-boot-rockchip.bin

Rockusb>ef /run/media/sylvain/saboua/hax/ffly/obsd_u-boot_firefly-rk3399/idbloqder.img

Rockusb>/run/media/sylvain/saboua/hax/ffly/obsd_u-boot_firefly-rk3399/u-boot.itb
Rockusb>

Should I understand that the last attempt worked ? ...

Here's what I get on the UART interface upon rebooting the card :
