i wonder how long i would have to wait!
i suppose dealers don't need to offer addicts loyalty incentives.
still seems to me strange, given the supposed cost of acquiring new customers on the internet and the ease of transfer (though to be fair, i haven't switched even without loyalty stuff, so perhaps they are the smart ones!)
for the record, local cellphone cos (Portugal) do the same thing: treat longtime customers like dogs while wooing new ones like mad.

Barnes&Noble.com did send me a “loyalty incentive” after I stopped using them.
