Hi Henrik,
ive tried to install aroma.affymetrix and it says aroma.core needs
matrixStats package. Ive tried to install it but the new version
(matrixStats 0.1.4 for windows) gives me an error... ive installed the
0.1.3 version, it works but then aroma.affymetrix says it needs the
latest version of matrixStats.

When reporting problems on aroma.affymetrix, make sure 1) to run the latest
version of the package, 2) to report the output of sessionInfo() and
traceback(), and 3) to post a complete code example.
