Hi Henrik,
There is a problem in creating regions.xls file, does not form at the end
of the segmentation. Therefore, I could not get any plots, heatmaps,
dendograms..
During report generation this error comes up:
Error in paste("'", chromosomeLabels, "'", sep = "", collapse = ", ") :
object 'chromosomeLabels' not found
I searched the net for chromosome explorer and this object but I could not
get any solutions.
I am working on it, if you can clarify me about this error, I would
appreciate it.
