Thanks a lot for your reply. I managed to install successfully and its working only in firefox. I am using Firefox v13.0.1. Unfortunately I need to make this work in Internet Explorer 7 or 8. I am getting few javascript error. Please see the screenshots. In the release note of version 2.4.5 dated 03-02-2012, you mentioned "**GENERALIZATION: As ChromosomeExplorer v3.3, the new ArrayExplorer v3.3 works with most common web browsers. See below. However, we still have problems getting ArrayExplorer to load the main spatial (PNG) image in Internet Explorer*.*"
Is this the reason I am getting the error? Would you mind confirming these? If possible, please suggest an alternative way to visualise in Internet explorer 7 or 8. Thanks in advance.
