Hello Dear Friends. Although Rahman's music is always a treat for ears and peace for mind, it has one very bad attribute; it leaves you with this CRAVING for more. And when he does a track that is just 2-3 minutes long, the listener is just left with immense frustration, saying to himself..."Why not another interlude? Why not another anthra? Why not another paragraph? To give an analogy, it leaves me with the same feeling I get when there is an India-Pakistan ODI, and the electricity goes off.
Mangal Mangal sure did it for me. Three versions, all equally good. Spread all over the CD. They are so short that as you just start enjoying the song, it ends, forcing you to hit that play button real quick, for the umpteenth time. I ended the frustration for myself, by combining the three Mangals. And so, the Trinity. 7 minutes 37 seconds of bliss. Thought, I should not be so selfish and decided to share. And Yes, I know there is going to be "hate" replies for allowing people to download. For that reason, I have ripped it in lower quality 64kbps, just for the group. But, If there is enough demand, I can post a higher quality mp3. And if there is no demand, I'll take it off. So, do give feedback. I haven't had enough of Bose yet, and now I have to worry about Rising and if that was not enough, add Aa Aah to the queue.
