One thing I missed to write in the previous mail was that AR Rahman looked so cool in his white (nearly off white 3 piece suite). White is my favourite colour and he was dressed so elegantly in this colour. He had his usual favourite smile on all through the show. Wish I could have met him but the security was far too tight and I am sure he was far too busy to be disturbed.

Does someone who was at the concert have a complete list of songs
performed, information on improvisations over their studio versions etc?
Thanks,
Gopal

ghanan, Yeh jo des hai tera, and Vande Matram. All the other songs
from Roja, Bombay, Yuva, Meenaxi, Kisna, Mangal Pandey, Sathiya and
some tamil songs (sorry don't know Tamil) were very enjoyable too.

(or may be he was a look alike). Female singers: Alka, Sadhna,
Madhushree, Reena Bhardwaj, Sapna Awasthy (?) and a couple others
whose names I could not hear.

Of the female singers, Sadhna Sargam was outstanding! Sapna Awasthy
was a surprise and she was absolute fun to have on stage.

came very late into the hall so obstructed the view and also the
plastic seats (not very comfortable) plus a floor that moved when
people got up and danced and clapped to the songs. But the music was
so great that these became very minor points of consideration.
